Cocktails are my passion, and I collect vintage spirits from all over the world to craft exclusive and exceptional vintage cocktails. The result of many years of dedication is an extensive collection of rare spirits, forming the foundation for what is likely the largest selection of vintage cocktails.

What makes my vintage cocktails so special is the use of rare and almost impossible-to-find spirits. In addition to the full, deep flavor of brand-name spirits that are around 50 years old, the perfect balance of high-quality ingredients and precise preparation give each drink its luxurious exclusivity. Another advantage of spirits from the 1970s is their purity: fifty years ago, the environment was far less polluted – so these distillates were made from more natural and purer ingredients.

The Cocktail Room is my private bar and at the same time my professional studio, where I prepare cocktails of the highest quality for you. It offers everything you need for a cozy and luxurious cocktail experience: an elegant bar, comfortable bar stools, the flickering light of an electric fireplace, pleasant music, an impressive display of rare spirits, and delicious snacks to accompany your drinks.

The Cocktail Room is only 10 m² in size, yet within this small space you’ll find the largest selection of vintage cocktails. In this private, hidden bar 1 to 4 guests can take part in exclusive cocktail sessions where calm, style, and discretion are guaranteed. I have followed Ludovico Einaudi’s work for many years and have attended several of his concerts – from St. Mark’s Square in Venice to the Arena di Verona. His latest album, The Summer Portraits, deeply moved and inspired me. Accompanying its warm, summery pieces, I created five cocktails in which my favorite spirits blend harmoniously with fresh ingredients.

With these high-quality, fruity, and refreshing cocktails, the Summer Memories Cocktail Session offers a multisensory experience that engages all the senses – the feel of the glass, the taste of the drinks, the scent of the fruits, and of course, the sound of the music. The cocktails are accompanied by the beautiful music of Ludovico Einaudi.
